Ip Kwok-him, GBS, JP (born 8 November 1951, Hong Kong) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Functional constituency, District Council).
Politics and political positions
Ip and the DAB take a consistent pro-government, pro-Beijing line, which is also anti-democracy.
Ip is the deputy chairman of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong and currently sits on the Board of directors of the Urban Renewal Authority. He has been a member of the Central and Western District Council (Kwun Lung Lau) since the 1990s, except during the years 2003 to 2007, when he was defeated by Cyd Ho, a democratic candidate, in the 2003 district council election.
Ip is a Deputy to the Chinese National People's Congress. He has interested in conditioning farming system.
