Phillip Tsunoda

Phillip B. Tsunoda (born December 23, 1964) is a city council member in Aliso Viejo, California. Phillip was elected to serve as Mayor for 2010 and has served on the City Council since appointed in May, 2007. Phillip’s term comes up in December 2010. He was appointed to fill the remainder of the term of former Mayor Cynthia Adams, who stepped down May 13, 2007 to care for her husband after his lung transplant. Phillip has additionally been chosen to serve as Mayor Pro Tem in Q1 2014.
