The Toussaint L'Ouverture County Cemetery is a cemetery in Franklin, Tennessee that was incorporated in 1884 and that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. It has also been known as the Tous Sant L'Ouverture Cemetery, as the Black Cemetery, and as the Hard Bargain Cemetery.
It began interments around 1869, and is "the oldest African American institution in continuous use" in Williamson County.
