Herzing University

Herzing University is a for-profit, career-focused institution of higher education that awards diplomas, associate degrees, bachelor's degrees and master's degrees in a variety of disciplines.
History
Herzing University was founded by Henry and Suzanne Herzing in 1965, as a computer programming school, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 1970, it became Herzing Institute and the organization started to grow through the acquisition of other schools. The name of the school was changed to Herzing College in 1996, and the institution has grown to include campuses in eight U.S. states, plus an online division. In 2009, with the addition of graduate programs, it was renamed Herzing University for all schools in the United States. Herzing Educational System also operates four campuses in Canada, under the Herzing College name.
