Che Ti Dice La Patria?

"Che ti dice la Patria?" is a short story by American author Ernest Hemingway set in Italy.
The story is about a journey near Savona during Mussolini's time in power. Originally entitled Italy – 1927, it records a journey marked by "ten days of disappointing weather, unpleasant interactions with the locals, and bad food". It is Hemingway's "scathing attack on Fascism". Under the new title, the story was later included in the collection Men Without Women (1927).
