Outsourcery Plc, is a UK-based independent Cloud Services Provider (CSP) listed on the UK’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM:OUT). The business was founded in 2007 by co-CEOs, Piers Linney and Simon Newton and has offices in Leicester, London and Manchester. The company has a range of offerings for both SMEs and large enterprises including hosted software applications (software-as-a-service or SaaS), virtualised infrastructure (infrastructure-as-a-service or IaaS), unified communications (UC) solutions and other cloud-based services, offered primarily via a network of partners. These services are deployed on its proprietary O-Cloud platform, which is housed in a third-party, enterprise grade datacentre.
Outsourcery positions itself as a cloud provider in the systemic market shift from an ‘on-premises’ or ‘managed service’ deployment model, to a cloud-based model.
